The Shoppes at Chino Hills is a convert|400000|sqft|m2|sing=on open-air shopping mall which had grand opening on May 23, 2008 in [http://www.chinohills.org/ Chino Hills] , California. Among the more than 60 merchants announced are the first H&M in San Bernardino County, Banana Republic, Victoria’s Secret, Trader Joe’s, P.F. Chang’s China Bistro, Chipotle Mexican Grill, California Pizza Kitchen, Yard House Bar & Grill, Pinkberry, Barnes & Noble Booksellers, Bath & Body Works and the Inland Empire’s first [http://www.peets.com/default.asp?rdir=1&ftv=n Peet’s Coffee & Tea] .

The Shoppes at Chino Hills, which was designed by internationally renowned retail architectural firm [http://www.altoonporter.com/ Altoon + Porter] , features picturesque open-air shopping along landscaped streets, with store-adjacent parking. A pedestrian-only promenade provides shaded seating areas and unique fountains.

The mall is part of a new convert|750000|sqft|m2|sing=on master-planned project that will include a luxury hotel, convert|50000|sqft|m2 of office space, a new civic center, a community library, county fire department headquarters, and a police station. Located on 50 acres at Grand Ave. and Peyton Drive, just west of the Chino Valley Freeway.

There is now word that the mall will be expanded where apartments were expected to be. The plan was changed due to the low housing market in California. The mall will be expanded with a third anchor, and may include a 100-150 room hotel.Fact|date=July 2008
