Anthony Paul Kennedy Shriver (born July 20, 1965 in Boston, Massachusetts) is an American activist for people with intellectual disabilities. In 1989, he founded Best Buddies International, an international organization that helps the intellectually disabled to find employment and social opportunities.

He is part of the Kennedy family. His father is Sargent Shriver and his mother is Eunice Mary Kennedy who founded the Special Olympics movement in 1968. He graduated from the Georgetown Preparatory School and Georgetown University as an undergraduate in 1988, with a double major in Theology and History. In 1987, he had started a precursor Best Buddies volunteer program that paired university students with people with intellectual disabilities of similar age.

Shriver is married to Alina Shriver (née Mojica; b. September 4, 1988; Adopted from Alina's Previous Marriage); Eunice Julia Shriver (b. January 4, 1994); Francesca Maria Shriver (b. December 13, 1994); ; and Carolina Fitzgerald Shriver (b. 2001). They currently live in Miami, Florida.
