Adrenaline Rush, released in 1997, is the third album for the rap artist Twista, who previously released one album under the pseudonym of Tung Twista. The album had guest artists: Johnny P, Liffy Stokes, Miss Kane, Malif, Mayze, and Turtle Banxx. The first single off the album was "Get It Wet". With very little airplay or radio play outside the midwest, it went Gold. This album is regarded by many fans as Twista's best album.
