Patrick O'Neal (sportscaster)

Patrick O'Neal (b. September 14 1967, Santa Monica, California) is a studio host and reporter for Fox Sports Net in Los Angeles. Most of his appearances come during pregame and postgame shows of the Los Angeles Dodgers and Los Angeles Kings, as well as the Los Angeles Lakers.

In 2005, he was a sideline reporter on several telecasts of "The NFL on FOX". On August 21 and August 28 of that year, he was the studio host of "Fox Saturday Baseball" when regular host Jeanne Zelasko was on maternity leave. He was also the dugout reporter for the 2005 National League Championship Series.

Family

O'Neal is the son of Academy Award-nominated actor Ryan O'Neal and actress Leigh Taylor-Young, and the younger half-brother of Academy Award-winning actress Tatum O'Neal.He has two daughters, Sophia and Veronica, by actress Rebecca De Mornay.
