Fouad Ali El Himma, (
6 December ,1962 —) was born inMarrakech and is delegate minister to the interior of the Kingdom ofMorocco .Ali El Himma is a former classmate of the King Muhammad VI at the Royal College.
He became chief of cabinet of the then Crown Prince Sidi Muhammad in October 1998.
After his accession to the throne, Muhammad VI appointed him as State Secretary to the Interior on
6 November ,1999 .Brief History
1986: Earned a BSc of Law from Mohammad V University in Rabat.
1986-1990: Began his training Period in the Ministry of the Interior (Morocco).
1988: Earned a Post Graduate Diploma in Political Science.
1989: Earned a Post Graduate Diploma in Administrative Science.
1992-1997: Elected Presisdent of the Municipal Council for Bin Jareer (Morocco).
1992-1997: Parlimentry Deputy for Rahamneh Constituency (Morocco).
1997: Named Head of the Court of the Crown Prince (Morocco).
1999-2000: Secretary of State in the Ministry of the Interior (Morocco).
2002: Minister Delegate to the Interior (Morocco).
August 2007: Quit the Ministry of Interior to participate in the parliament election of September 2007
