Spain , between the rivers Tera and Castro. Well known as one of the oldest settlements of Zamora, its roots could get to be documented around year 509 where it appears in a record from the Council ofLugo . Benavente , the romanic church "iglesia de Nuestra Señora de Azogue" (12th century), and the isabeline town hall (16th century).Nowadays is the economic and political centre of
Sanabria . A nice and quiet place in which tourism finds it place in the search por tranquility.Geographic data
