Emerald Ridge High School is a high school in the Puyallup School District of Washington, United States and is commonly referred to as ERHS or simply ER. Emerald Ridge features green, black and silver as its primary colors and has a jaguar (named Jake) as its official mascot. The enrollment is currently just below 1,500. In the 2005-2006 school year, 10th graders showed 89% competency in Reading, 58.1% in Math, 91.1% in Writing and 32% in Science. Commencement

Commencement, or graduation, is held every year at the Puyallup Fairgrounds. Due to the size of each graduating class and their audience, the ceremony cannot be held anywhere on school grounds. .

*Nathan Jendrick, author of ', "Get Wet, Get Fit" and the upcoming '. Married to Olympic swimmer Megan Jendrick (Quann), and is now the boys swimming coach at ERHS.
