Benjamin Alo Charles Atiga (born May 5, 1983 in Auckland) is a New Zealand rugby union footballer and plays Rugbycentre and Fullback. He has currently played only 1 test for the All Blacks, he got called into the 2003 All Blacks World Cup squad as an injury replacementcite news | publisher=IRB.com | title=Atiga looks up to Cullen | url=http://www.rwc2003.irb.com/EN/Tournament/Teams/New+Zealand/kb2010+atiga+and+cullen.htm| accessdate=2008-03-21 | date=2003-10-20] and got his cap against Tonga in that tournament. He plays for Auckland in the Air New Zealand Cup and for the BLUru in the Super 14.

On 1 September 2006 Atiga played his 50th game of provincial rugby, Auckland's "Battle of the Bridge" match against North Harbour.

He is quarter Tongan, quarter Fijian, and half Samoan

Atiga has been linked with a move to the Ospreys, along with fellow teammate Toeava.
