20 January 1984 inColombia ) won theIdol (Norway) version ofPop Idol in 2005.She grew up with adoptive parents in
Vennesla . She is the only winner of this version to have been born outside of Norway, and as of 2005 (season 3), the only female to have won.Jorun Stiansen is one of only seven contestants in the
Idol (Norway) history who succeeded in staying out of “bottom three/two” places in weekly votes along withKurt Nilsen (season 1),Gaute Ormåsen (season 1),Susanne Nordbøe (season 2),Alejandro Fuentes (season 3),Tone Damli Aaberge (season 3) andJonas Thomassen (season 4).
