Azuma, Gunma (Seta)

Azuma (東村; -mura), located in Seta District, Gunma, Japan, was one of three separate villages named "Azuma" ("East Village") in Gunma Prefecture.

As of 2003, the village has an estimated population of 3,036 and a density of 21.45 persons per km². The total area is 141.57 km². The village was established in 1889.
