The Reverend Prof. Bruce A. Hedman, Ph.D., has served the
Abington Congregational Church, Pomfret Center, Connecticut , since 1988. He graduated fromPrinceton Theological Seminary and was ordained to the Presbyterian ministry in 1980. He served churches in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and in Union, Connecticut and Hampton, Connecticut.Also, Bruce Hedman has been on the faculty of the
University of Connecticut since 1982 as an associate professor of mathematics. He earned his Ph.D. in mathematics atPrinceton University in 1979, studying higher dimensional polytopes under Harold W. He took a Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics "magna cum laude" from the
