Az Zawiyah Municipality (Arabic: شعبية الزاوية; transliterated: Sha'biyat az-Zawiyah) is one of the municipalities in Libya. It is located in the north-west of the country. Its capital is Az Zawiyah.

In the north, Az Zawiyah has a shoreline bordering the Mediterranean Sea. On land, it borders the following municipalities:
*Tripoli - east
*Al Jfara - south
*Yafran - southwest, at a quadripoint
*Sabratha Wa Surman - west
