Classification
Kuku-Thaypan is probably a single language with Koko-Rarmul.
Kuku-Thaypan is closely related to the
dialect s of Aghu Tharrnggala, Koko-Possum/Alngula, Ikarrangal, and Kuku-Mini—most or all of which are probably mutually intelligible with each other. They may be further related to Takalak, but there is insufficient information on that language for a definitive classification.Phonology
