M. Bakthavatsalam

M. Bakthavatsalam was the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu from October 2, 1963 to March 6, 1967. [ [http://www.tn.gov.in/tnassembly/cmlist-1920.htm List of Chief Ministers of Tamil Nadu] ] . He was the last Congress chief minister of Tamil Nadu.
