Hero Honda Passion is a bike manufactured in India by Hero Honda.It is one of the world's largest selling motorcycle,second only to the Hero Honda Splendor in India.Passion debuted in the year 2001.At that time it was one of the most stylish bikes in India and continues to be so even today with design and graphic changes by the company in the following years. Its graphics and colours were first refreshed in the year 2003 and it was rechristened Passion Plus.Its graphics were again updated in the year 2008 and now black alloy wheels were standard with an all black engine. The engine is a 97.2 cc air-cooled, 4-Stroke single-cylinder one which produces a maximum power of 5.50 KW (7.5 PS) at 8000 rpm and maximum torque of 7.5 N-m@5000 rpm.The chassis is a tubular double cradle type. It is a below 100 cc bike but still is marketed as an executive class bike due to its styling and price.

Despite its price being much more than many 125 cc bikes offered by companies like Bajaj and TVS, and also its fuel efficiency of 60-65 kmpl which cannot be considered great in its class it still is a huge success due to its hassle-free engine and the Hero Honda brand name.
