Atelopus ebenoides"), a species oftrue toad , lives only inColombia . It consists of two populations: the southern population lives in the southern ColombianAndes in the Cauca andHuila Department s. The northern population (called "Atelopus ebenoides marinkellei") may be a separate species and occurs only in theBoyacá Department , in theCordillera Oriental .
