Fraser Cain

Fraser Cain is the editor of Universe Today and the host, with Dr. Pamela L. Gay, of the Astronomy Cast podcast. He studied engineering at the University of British Columbia, and is currently completing his computer science degree [ [http://www.astronomycast.com/about/ Meet the Cast] ] . He’s also a freelance writer, has written 3 books and published articles in periodicals such as Wired. Fraser has worked in software/Internet industries for 12 years and held executive positions in software and technology companies in Vancouver, BC [ [http://www.capjournal.org/issues/01/01_24.php "Astronomy Cast: Evaluation of a podcast audience’s content needs and listening habits", Oct 2007] ] .

Fraser Cain lives in British Columbia, Canada with his wife and two children. The asteroid 158092 Frasercain was named in his honour in late 2008.MPCit_JPL|158092
