Political usages of the term evil

The term "evil" has been controversially used politically by several governments. In recent times it has been used in describing:

* "Evil empire" - Originally used by President Ronald Reagan of the United States in describing the Soviet Union in 1983.
* "Axis of evil" - Originally used by President George W. Bush of the United States in describing forces he perceived to be acting against the United States in 2002.
* "Evil cult" - Used by People's Republic of China in describing Falon Gong.
