nihongo|"Houjoue"|放生会 is an six-CD album set by Japanese noise musician nihongo|Masami Akita|秋田昌美, under the name Merzbow. "Houjoue" was recorded between January and August 2005 and includes a live set recorded in Sweden, 2004. This boxset was presented in a double-thickness DVD case and the artwork was completed by Masami. "Houjoue" was limited to 1000 copies and was deleted after this first pressing.
