* Arabi Elementary School (Arabi)
* Joseph J. Davies Elementary School (Meraux) - Is now opening for the 2008-2009 school year
* Lacoste Elementary School (Chalmette)
* C. F. Rowley Elementary School (Chalmette)
* Sebastien Roy Elementary School (St. Bernard)
* W. Smith Junior Elementary School (Violet)

After Hurricane Katrina, classes were held at Chalmette High School under the St. Bernard Unified School, or SBUS. The school dissolved in 2006 and separated into Chalmette High School and Andrew Jackson Elementary School.
