Notes

*The hidden track and, to some extent, opening "Reasons to be Fearful" can be said to be noise music, given the loud, discordant instrumentation and gibberish vocals heard on both tracks.
*All of the songs on the album are re-recorded versions of old demos the band had with the exception of "It Was A Goddam Suicide!" and the hidden track.
