7DAYS is an English language newspaper published out of
Dubai ,United Arab Emirates with a circulation of approximately 68,000 copies per day. Launched in December 2004 as a weekly, it is the UAE's firsttabloid newspaper, and is well-known for its irreverent style.7DAYS is published every day of the week except Saturday.

Al Sidra Media , it is the only newspaper in the UAE that is not beholden to special interest groups, whether it be major business families, or the government, and as such has become a trusted source of news in Dubai, where the majority of its distribution takes place. In the latter part of 2006, the paper came under sustained attack from the locally-controlled media (both Arabic and English language titles) on the pretext of reporting of stories that were deemed to be 'incompatible with the cultural values of the United Arab Emirates'.
