Balakliia ( _uk. Балаклія, _ru. Бaлaклeя, translit. "Balakleya") is a city in the Kharkiv Oblast (province) of eastern Ukraine. It is the administrative center of the Balakliyskyi Raion (district), and is an important railroad junction in the oblast.
