The ministry is behind the communication legislation. The Ministry of Communications is responsible for settingtelecommunications policy and regulations. It issues broadcasting licenses, commentspress releases , etc... According toJames Chesebro , there are five critical approaches to contemporary Political communications:1 Machiavellian - ie power relationships2. Iconic - symbols very important3. Ritualistic - Redundant and superficial nature of political acts - manipulation of symbols.4. Confirmation - political aspects looked at as people we endorse5.
