Offshore structure has two principal meanings:

  1. Financial, with reference to offshore vehicles formed in Offshore Financial Centres. These will usually be:
    1. Offshore companies,
    2. Offshore partnerships, or
    3. Offshore trusts
  2. Physical, with reference to offshore construction
