Kelly Garni is a
hard rock musician and photographer, who is best known for co-founding a band with guitaristRandy Rhoads that eventually becameQuiet Riot . Born in Los Angeles in 1957, Garni's family moved to Burbank, California in the early 1970s, where he met Rhoads. He played bass with the band for about five years, and appears on their 1977 self-titled album, as well as their second album,Quiet Riot II , (although Rudy Sarzo's picture appears on the album jacket instead of Kelly's) and the subsequentThe Randy Rhoads Years compilation. He is sometimes incorrectly credited as Kelli (or Kellie) Garni.He currently lives in Boulder City, NV, where he owns and operates a
