The 24th Golden Raspberry Awards were held on February 28, 2004 at the Sheraton Hotel in Santa Monica, California to recognise the worst the movie industry had to offer in 2003.

Late summer film "Gigli" led the pack with six awards and nominations in most categories. Tied for second most-nominated with eight each were the Mike Myers holiday film, "The Cat in the Hat", and "From Justin to Kelly", a remake of "Where the Boys Are" inspired by the television series "American Idol".
