Boku wa Imōto ni Koi o Suru

is a 10 volume manga from Kotomi Aoki. It tells the story about the twins Yori and Iku who are in love with each other despite being siblings.

The manga series was adapted into a one-episode OVA that was released in May 2005. In August 2005, a spin-off of the series "Boku no Hatsukoi o Kimi ni Sasagu" began serialization. It focuses on Yori's upperclassmen Takuma Kakinouchi and his childhood sweetheart Mayu Taneda.

A live-action movie adaptation was released (labelled "My Sister, My Love" in European Cinemas), starring Jun Matsumoto and Nana Eikura as Yori and Iku. A cast from Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon, Ayaka Komatsu is starring as Tomoka. The movie premiered in Japan on January 20, 2007.

Plotline

"I Love My Younger Sister" is a very taboo story about incest and love between twins. Yori`s attitude has changed. He and his twin sister, Iku, used to be inseparable as children, but lately Yori`s been different -- eager to be apart from Iku. Iku worries that he hates her, but the truth is far more scandalous. Now, Yori would risk losing everything to have his little sister. Iku loves her big brother enough that she would never risk losing him, and so she`ll do what it takes to keep them together... but Yori doesn`t want to have her that way -- as a sister dedicated to her twin. Can Iku ever love Yori not as a brother but as a man?

Characters

Yori Yuki:The older twin brother who is in love with his twin sister Iku. Yori use to be a very carefree character before he realised his feelings for Iku that were unatural. His attitude suddenly changes and Iku is left in the dark, the reason being that he is in love with her and wants to be her lover and give her the life of a normal couple. In the live action movie Yori is played by actor: Jun Matsumoto.

Iku Yuki:The younger female twin is a very heartfelt and genuine character that loves her brother as her brother. She realises that her brother has feelings for her that are more than the normal brotherly and sisterly love. In the live action movie Iku is played by actor: Nana Eikura.

Haruka Yano:Is the best friend of Yori and is always by his side. Even though Yori doesn't realise it, Haruka knows his feelings for his sister and thought that it was better for Yori to tell him by himself. In the live action movie Haruka is played by Yûta Hiraoka.

Tomoka Kusunoki:Is in love with Yori. She expresses her feelings toward him early in the movie and Yori tries to love Tomoka. This was all in vain because the only reason for what Yori and Tomoka shared was so Yori could forget about his true love - Iku. In the live action movie Tomoka is played by: Ayaka Komatsu.

Saki Yuki:Is Yori's and Iku's father, in the anime the mother and father are oblivious to the intimate relationship between their twin children. In the live action movie Saki is played by: Yuko Asano
