Jorge was born in New York and raised in Miami,Florida. He attended Monsignor Edward Pace High School and Florida International University and currently resides in Miami, Florida. In addition to working for WAXY, Sedano also works for Fox Sports Radio. He hosts a weekly show that airs Sunday evenings 11pm-2am ET / 8pm-11pm PT. His show on WAXY is called "The Sedano Show," which airs on 790 The Ticket in Miami.

Jorge most recently, hosted a daily show on FSR from July of 2004 thru September of 2007 called The Third Shift on Fox. At that time he was known as "The Dean," of late night Sports Talk as he was the most cleared sports show in syndicated sports radio at that time. He was also the Miami Heat as the Pre and Post Game broadcaster for their basketball games on WIOD between 2004 and 2007.

Jorge is a big fan of The Miami Dolphins, Dan Marino, the New York Yankees, and Miami sports. Jorge began his career on the radio in Miami in 1999.
