This is the Foundation Stone of Gomal University D.I.Khan which was inaugurated by First Elected Prime Minister Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto on the Labour Day 1st May 1974. Then in the Dark Era of Dictator Zia Ul Haq regime, he removed all the Foundation Stones of Zulfikar Ali Bhutto,and then after 23 Years, Mr Muhammad Zahid Nawaz , President Peoples Students Federation give a Warning to the University Administration and the Higher Authorities to reconstruct the same foundation stone which was inaugurated by Quaid-e-Awam Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto otherwise he should be committed Suicide with his Cabinet,then the Governor of N.W.F.P order to the University Administration to reconstruct the older Foundation Stone into his original position and with the direction of Governer NWFP this Foundation was reconstruct on December 01, 2006.
