Jean McGarry is an
author offiction and aProfessor in the [http://web.jhu.edu/writingseminars/about.html/ Writing Seminars] program atJohns Hopkins University . She served as chairperson of the department from 1997-2005.She received her BA from Harvard in 1970, and an MA in Writing from JHU in 1983.
In addition to being a novelist, she has written many short stories, that have appeared in:
