Katie Williams was a fictional character in UK soap opera "Family Affairs", played by Robyn Page from 2004 until the end of the series in 2005. Robyn is now working as a consultant with Enformatica and USP Networks and is author of a SQL Technology blog: http://www.simple-talk.com/author/robyn-page-and-phil-factor/ Robyn attended Shenfield High School where she was taught drama by Ralph Morse (actor) appearing in the premiere production of The Four Seasons Of Wounded Knee.

Arrival

Katie arrived in Charnham in October 2004, at her father Conrad's house insisting that he foot the bill for her £3,000 nose job (Katie's ex-boyfriend later paid for it).

Katie's first few days in Charnham were eventful, as Conrad's new girlfriend, Sharon Ingram and her son Bradley Foster (who at the time was in the middle of Child abuse allegations), were living them. Katie's brother, Alex soon moved in.

Witness to attack

Follow neighbour Gary Costello's attack on Bradley, which Katie witnessed the aftermath of, Katie advised Gary to flee the scene and later provided a false description of Bradley's attacker to the police.

Cliffhanger

Katie played out a major clihanger in the last episode to air of the sopa opera. Viewers last saw Katie trapped as a hostage after she found out the secrets of Rex Randall the mysterious landlord of the Phoenix. Rex, killed his sister Hester before trying to finish Katie off, we last saw Katie hiding behind a door holding an ornamental figure, possibly used to strike Rex with. We did not know Katie's final outcome as the titles drew to a close with the rest of the cast seeing in the new year.
