- Thukpa
"Thukpa" (bo|t=ཐུག་པ་|w=thug pa) is a
Tibet an noodle soup, usually served with meat. It is popular inTibet ,Bhutan ,Nepal , and also in the state ofSikkim ,Ladakh and some other parts ofIndia . The food is widely available in restaurants in these regions. There are numerous varieties of thukpa, including:Thenthuk (bo|t=འཐེན་ཐུག་|w='then thug),- Gyathuk (bo|t=རྒྱ་ཐུག་|w=rgya thug),
- Pathug (bo|t=བག་ཐུག་|w=bag thug), and
- Drethug (bo|t=འབྲས་ཐུག་|w='bras thug).
