Jeremy Mincey (born December 14, 1983 in Statesboro, Georgia) is an American football defensive end for the Jacksonville Jaguars of the National Football League. He was originally drafted by the New England Patriots in the sixth round of the 2006 NFL Draft. He played college football at Florida.

Mincey has also been a member of the San Francisco 49ers in his career.
