KTTH (770 AM) is a conservative talk radio station, owned by Bonneville International, broadcasting at 770 kHz in Seattle, Washington.

Programming

The station runs syndicated programming, as well as the popular local afternoon program "The David Boze Show". Many of the prominent programs moved from rival local broadcaster, KVI (at one point their slogan was temporarily changed to "3 letter radio is dead"), including Rush Limbaugh and movie critic Michael Medved (whose home station is KTTH). Their lineup also includes Michael Savage, Kim Komando, and ironically, Bill O'Reilly, despite KVI being an affiliate of Fox News Radio. The truth slogan of the station is taken very far, even referring to the traffic reports as "the truth on traffic."

KTTH became the flagship station of the Seattle SuperSonics of the National Basketball Association just prior to the 2006-07 basketball season. This relationship was dissolved following the 2007-08 season, when the franchise was relocated to Oklahoma City.

History

The station was previously called KNWX, and before that, KING-AM. Originally was on the 1090 frequency, then, in a frequency swap a few years ago, received the frequency that belonged to KRPM-AM and, previously, KXA-AM.
