"The Fan" was started in 2005 with its sister station WAYS and WIFN swapping frequencies. It used to be "Big Ways 105" (airing an
Oldies format), then it moved to the AM dial on 1500 kHz; thus, it's now "Oldies 1500 WAYS". During the switch, WIFN moved their broadcasts from 1500 kHz to 105.5 MHz.Programming
