The Mighty Marching Panther band is part of the Athletics Department of Clark Atlanta University. The band has been featured in several commercials, television shows and events. Some of these include the Ellen DeGeneres Show, Judge Hatchett, and the hit 2000 movie Drumline which was filmed on the campus of Clark Atlanta. In addition they have participated in the Honda Battle of the Bands for all four years of its running.
The band's mascot is the black panther and their colors are red, black, and white.
