Schoinoussa ( _el. Σχοινούσσα) is a Greek island community in the Cyclades. It lies south of the island of Naxos, in the Small Cyclades group, between the island communities of Irakleia and Koufonisi. The population was 206 inhabitants at the 2001 census. Its land area is 8.512 km².
