Ivano-Frankivsk ,Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast , Ukraine. The club was founded in 1940 and was to play in theDruha Liha under the guidance ofMykola Prystay . The club has previously gone under the name FC Prykarpattya Ivano-Frankivsk from1981 until2003 . Prykarpattya Ivano-Frankivsk took part in the firstUkrainian Premier League season in1992 , after being initially chosen to participate for being a runner-up from 1st Zone of theSoviet Second League B in1991 . After being demoted following their first season, the club returned to theUkrainian Premier League in1994 and remained there for 6 seasons. After the 2007 season "Spartak" end up in the company of members of the Second League, with no money. The club has folded right before the start of the next season. After uniting with FC Fakel, the club became a part of FSC Prykarpattia. It competes in Oblast championship as "FSC Prykarpattia-2 Ivano-Frankivsk".Prykarpattya Ivano-Frankivsk's best achievement in the
Ukrainian Premier League was 11th place (twice, in 1994-95 and 1995-96).Colours were red shirts, white shorts.
