Justinian Ovchinnikov

Bishop Justinian Ovchinnikov ( _ru. Юстиниан Овчинников; 28 January 1961–) is the highest ranking Russian Orthodox religious authority in Transnistria. He is the head of the Diocese of Tiraspol and its mother church, the newly built Christmas Church.
