Abid Tamimi

Abid Tamimi is a Punjabi language poet. By profession he was banker living in Chiniot tehsil of Jhang district Punjab province. His poetry is popular amongst all the public of Punjab especially in Sandal Bar and Kirana Bar region, and one can hear his audio tapes running here and there in Punjab. Type of his poetry is just romantic and he doesn't discuss the social problems.He died on 10 April 2006 in Chiniot.
