Alejandro Damían Domínguez (born 10 June, 1981 in Lanús, Buenos Aires Province) is an Argentine football player, who plays as a striker for Zenit St. Petersburg.

During 2006 pre-season Rubin Kazan tried to sell him, but they weren't satisfied with the amount offered for him and decided to keep him. He is also a very fast player.One of his most notable performance was in 4-0 UEFA Cup victory over Bayern Munich which sent Zenit to the final of the competition for the first time in the history of the club. Dominguez played exceptionally and provided 2 assists. Dominguez was filling in for the suspended Andrei Arshavin and did not play competitive match for 2 months.
