May 30 ,1977 ) is anIsrael i MIA who is presumed dead since he hasn't been seen or heard from since 1997.Hever, a member of the
Israel Defense Forces went missing from his post in the southern part of theGolan Heights onAugust 17 ,1997 . No trace of him has been uncovered, and no explanation for his disappearance has been forthcoming.On February 13, 2007, a Syrian organization calling itself "The Resistance Committees for the Release of the Golan Heights" claimed to be holding Hever.
