Russian IT Quarterly

The Russian IT Quarterly (RIQ) is a Reksoft periodical publication, wholly devoted to the newest developments in and the latest movements of the Russian IT Industry. RIQ practices a focus on Russian software export and strives to provide an accurate portrayal of Russia, as a player on the global market for offshore programming. The topics covered in each RIQ issue are dictated by the actual industrial happenings. RIQ offers coverage of new relevant Russian and international legislation, IT offshore outsourcing industrial indexes, domestic and global corporate activity, latest industrial reports, local and global events, and expert opinions.
