artist relatively late. Having begun her student life as an artist taking a foundation degree atSt. Martins School of Art , she moved on to theCamberwell College of Arts ,London graduating with a BA insculpture . She continued with her passion for sculpture completing an MA at theRoyal College of Art (RCA).Leaving the RCA as a sculptor, she was awarded the Credit Suisse First Boston Award in addition to the Battersea Park Annual Award for sculpture, which led to the exhibition of 'Nor'Stand' in
Battersea Park in September 2001-2002 [http://www.sculptureplace.com/pages/artist_wil_baldwin/norstand.htm] . More recently, Baldwin has exhibited in 'Art 2004' in January 2004 at theBusiness Design Centre , London. Her works generally present a medium in an unexpected manner, derived from an initial idea.Wil Baldwin combines has had an experience of many artistic roles as well as being a sculptor. She has been a
lecturer and is an art tutor, print and web developer and stonemosaic maker.
