"Junction Seven" is Steve Winwood's eighth solo album, released in June 1997.This album did not sell very well and Winwood took a 6-year break from making solo albums (returning in 2003 with his album "About Time"). This album was produced by Narada Michael Walden.

The consensus among Winwood fans was that Walden's contributions overshadowed those of Winwood, and the result did not much resemble a Winwood solo album.
