Kirk Chambers (born March 19, 1979 in Provo, Utah) is an American football offensive tackle who currently plays for the Buffalo Bills of the National Football League. He was originally drafted by the Cleveland Browns in the sixth round (176th overall) of the 2004 NFL Draft. He played college football at Stanford.

A distinguished high school athlete, Chambers was heavily recruited by Stanford University and by his home town school Brigham Young University, eventually selecting the Cardinal. Before playing at Stanford, however, Chambers served a two year church mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Berlin, Germany. By virtue of this and that his father was a high school German teacher, Chambers speaks freely in German. Chambers started every game he played in (45) for Stanford University. He was drafted in the 2004 NFL Draft by the Browns. He also earned the rank of Eagle Scout while a member in the Boy Scouts of America.

Kirk is a graduate of Provo High School (1997). For three years he started both on offense and defense. Chambers also participated in student government, Mr. Provo High, track and field, the Chamber Choir and the Reduced Shakespeare Company.
