Early life

She was born in France and speaks five languages. She graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the Georgetown University School of Foreign Service and then went to Harvard Business School where she obtained her MBA in 1997. Fact|date=June 2007

Career

She has worked as a financial analyst in the Investment Banking department of Goldman Sachs in London and New York and at Fidelity Investments Limited in London then Ms. Dias Griffin moved on as an analyst and a portfolio manager at Soros Fund Management. At Soros, she covered the retail and financial services industry and managed a long/short portfolio of financial services stocks, then she would move on and become an analyst at "Viking Global Investors", focusing on global media and internet stocks. Charity
