Rabbi Yissocher Frand is an American
Charedi Orthodox rabbi and author. He is a senior lecturer at Yeshivas Ner Yisroel inBaltimore, MD . Raised inSeattle, Washington , he attended Ner Yisrael as a student and progressed to become a "maggid shiur" (lecturer).
