The Old Spaghetti Factory is an Italian-style restaurant currently operating in 40 locations in several U.S. states, primarily Oregon, Washington, California and Utah as well as Nagoya in Japan,[3] and previously in Kobe and Kawagoe, Saitama (closed 2009).There are also Old Spaghetti Factories in Canada (British Columbia, Alberta, Manitoba, and Ontario.) There are a total of 13 locations in Canada. OSF International was previously affiliated with these stores until new management took over.

The chain was founded on January 10, 1969, by Guss Dussin in Portland, Oregon. Many of the chain's restaurants are located inside renovated warehouses and historic locations. The restaurants' decor traditionally features antiques, including chandeliers, brass headboards and footboards as bench backs for booths. Prominently featured are busts of train engineers, such as Adicus Piesowski. Each restaurant's most prominent feature is a streetcar in the middle of the restaurant with seating inside. [1] The Old Spaghetti Factory is very similar in concept to Spaghetti Warehouse, though Spaghetti Warehouse was founded three years later in Texas.
